Meet the Author of the book series known as The Adventures of Splash and Shelly. The Adventures of Splash & Shelly follow a host of fun and charismatic ocean characters around their home on the coral reef. This series was born during the covid pandemic of 2020, when the author Amy Diamond began telling her two sons entertaining "brain stories" at night to help calm their worries and fears associated with the pandemic and their sudden move cross country. Amy has merged her two passions of the ocean and motherhood in the creation of this series and hopes to help other families develop simple coping strategies for tough times while also sharing educational and fun ocean stories!
