Book Keeper/Accounting Assistant $18-$24 DOE (NOT REMOTE!)
Location: Temecula, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
Duration: Temp to Hire
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:Billing on a daily basis.Accounts Payable on a weekly basis.Payroll on a bi-weekly basis.Accounts Receivable as back up to Accounting Supervisor.Data input and Filing, and any other special projects on an as needed basis.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to plan and organize time, be detail oriented and good with numbers.Strong people skills. Must enjoy dealing with people in a wide variety of circumstances.Must be proficient in MS Office, with strong Word, & Excel skills. More advanced computer skills using a Database are a plus.Associate's degree or equivalent or a combination of education and work experience.
