The Shippers Group is seeking full-time (permanent positions) production associates at our packaging facility in Jonesboro, GA. No experience necessary! IMMEDIATE HIRE! SHIFTS AVAILABLE/PAY RATES: 6am - 3pm - $11 per hr. - Mon-Fri (some Saturdays) 8am - 5pm - $11 per hr. - Mon-Fri (some Saturdays) 4pm - 1am - $11.50 per hr. - Mon-Fri (some Saturdays) JOB DUTIES: • Pack product bags into larger bags for sale • Inspect product bags for defects • Prepare goods for shipment • Meet production levels/requirements • Keep work area clean and free from debris • Clean work area upon end of shift • Comply with OSHA and Shippers Warehouse safety rules and regulations, assist in maintaining warehouse security. QUALIFICATIONS: - No experience required - Good communication skills important - Production experience a plus - Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. - Must be able to stand for long periods - Must be authorized to work in the United States - Warehouse is not climate controlled. Heat, cold, dust, loud noises and repetitive sounds. This list is not all inclusive other environmental conditions may be present.
