I have drip irrigation, a fake lawn, and mostly flowers and vegetables. So it is mostly weeding, hands-and-knees kind of stuff. Once the weeds are pulled (say, June), there won't be much more to do. Small team or individual. about 3 person-hours per week. $60/week
