Join Mota Thai Yoga for Yoga Sticks and Clicks at Mota Thai Yoga
This is a hybrid class including stick sequences & cardio drumming, ending with a short yin sequence. Drum sticks, an exercise ball & bucket (or something similar), and light hand weights are encouraged, but not required.
You will need to wear a mask before, during, and after class. When you come to the studio, remove your shoes at the door, and take your belongings to your yoga space. You will be checked in at the door.
