As our Shipping Specialist, you do not need to know our exact systems before you start, but you need to be a forest + trees thinker, able to jump in and develop solutions where needed. We’re looking for someone with an eagerness to uplevel and improve systems, a natural team player with the ability to troubleshoot, pivot, and communicate both internally and externally. If this is you, we can’t wait to meet you! This is a full-time role that offers 40 hours per week, though we will consider part-time candidates (minimum 3 full days per week). Responsibilities Follow step by step protocol on how to label and ship each product Track and organize all batches of product Quality control Inventory of shipping materials and labels Inventory of products on hand Professional email communications with clients and customers Check in with supervisor regularly to receive and provide feedback A plus: Experience in shipping, managing development from inception, scale up, and transition to manufacturing Background working in shipping or manufacturing Classification & Compensation This is a regular, full-time, hourly position Benefits include: 10 days of paid vacation time and a full silver PPO health insurance plan, your own skin care is free, and the week between Christmas and New Year off Supervision General supervision provided Physical Demands The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
