The State has extra money, and instead of keeping it for himself or building a wall, it has been decided that there are still (yes, imagine that) poor people out there who could always use a little extra until that decent paying job (of which there are so many) comes along. I'm all for it! There will always be poor people, but do they need to suffer like the Jews did during the Holocaust, while the rich do nothing but complain at Mar-a-Lago? What'd you want to do with the money? Pay down trump's taxes?
