Athena is a 2 year old female Belgian Malinois x Dutch Shepherd mix. who weighs around 47 lbs. She recently gave birth to the 911 litter and is now ready to find her forever home! This pretty girl has all the best qualities you could hope for in a pup. She is cuddly, loving, and affectionate, yet also a bit playful and quirky. Just like her namesake, she is quite impressive. We think it’s fair to say that whoever ends up getting to take care of Athena is quite a lucky person! She is also quite content to lay around the house in the sun with foster friends or snuggle with her people on the couch in the evenings. She loves to get pets and belly scratches on the couch each night while her foster parents relax. Overall, she has a well balanced disposition of both playful and relaxed qualities. Athena will do great in a wide range of homes because of her versatile personality and disposition. That being said, she would be ideal for a medium-energy level home that will give her a balanced life with time to both romp around, and nap.
