Our office environment is high energy, fun, positive, and business casual. We offer bonus pay when you help us reach milestones! We are seeking an organized real estate administrative professional who can streamline all efforts of our real estate agents for increased productivity. We need someone dedicated to supporting company growth by creating an environment of responsiveness and caring for our agents, clients, business associates, and community. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and an exceptional phone manner. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Must be computer savvy. Proficiency in social media marketing and experience using the Multiple Listing Service is preferred. A thorough understanding of contract to close in real estate sales preferred but willing to train the right personality. This critical position requires someone who can be flexible in working in the office during times of multiple distractions, maintain an exceptional attitude, joyfully serve others, and shares our belief that people come first. Responsibilities Greeting clients, vendors, and agents, answering the telephone, and making follow-up calls to maintain top-level customer service.Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller informationCoordinating office activities and assisting with operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.Purchase office supplies as needed and maintain office equipmentProvide marketing and administrative assistance to realtors when neededOther tasks as assigned Qualifications Technologically savvy; able to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues.Social Media Business Account Management Experience RequiredExcellent customer service and interpersonal skills; can empathize and build relationships with a variety of personalities.Communicate clearly both written and verbally.Attention to detail and keen organization skills are needed.Work efficiently and in a timely manner on a variety of tasks with minimal supervisionPreferred to have a valid Real Estate License2+ years of Administrative Experience in a busy office requiredPlease apply here:  Administrative Assistant Job - Downingtown, PA, US (wizehire.com)
