Job duties include: • Provide residents with medication assistance and treatment assistance and services according to the health care provider's orders. Assist resident with Activities of Daily Living (toileting, dressing, bathing, transfers) • Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors • Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents and observations Required skills and qualifications: • CNA/HCA (willing to put associate through training program- fully paid) • Any additional certification like Dementia, Mental Health, FA/CPR is a plus • Compassionate and caring • Flexibility with schedule, able to work on the weekends • Night Shift – Able to work 10pm-6am or Evening shift 2pm-10pm • Must enjoy working with the senior population.
