Skilled labor

Description

I am looking for someone with their own hand tools such as a tool belt, tape measure and the ability to use it, a hammer, a wood chisel, a speed square, and a pencil. An impact driver and or a drill would be nice as well. Your own transportation is an absolute must because I may have to leave you on a job or send you to another job. I expect someone that can think on the fly without me having to keep telling you what to do. SKILLED LABOR. Been lied to a lot and am tired of it. If you cant read a tape or use a skill saw, and think on your feet a little then PLEASE don't waste my time. I do not expect a skilled carpenter, but someone with some carpentry skills and common sense that isn't afraid to work. I do not have a problem paying for good work.
