Merced Estates is seeking a maintenance technician/general laborer to oversee the maintenance requests, and general maintenance needs at our mobilehome community in Merced CA.
This is a full-time hourly wage position. Work would include light carpentry, plumbing, cleaning, lawn care, painting, plant maintenance, trash cleanup/removal, pool water testing, landscaping assistance, and general maintenance.
