Help Needed: Vehicle Electronic Control Module

I have a 2000 Lexus RX300 AWD with a bad ECM that was initially causing erratic shifting, misfires, and giving false codes. One day while driving, the gauges and warning lights started flipping out and I smelt overheating electronics from behind the dashboard. I pulled over and the vehicle stalled. I have a used ECM from a salvage yard from the same year, make, model, and drivetrain but it needs to be re-flashed and several Toyota/Lexus dealerships said they don't re-flash used ECMs. If anyone knows how to do this, knows someone that can do this, or another solution, please contact me.
