We are a family owned and operated Deck Building firm servicing Asheville metro. We build high quality custom decks and deck roofs. Our focus is on quality, building innovation, efficiency and customer satisfaction. Applicant must possess a strong work ethic and organization skills. Essential Job Functions: But not limited to Assist Owner with project management of multiple projects simultaneously. Schedule subcontractors and verify work Communicate with clients Schedule dumpsters and porta jons Verify material delivery and placement. Material running Research and preparation of change order per plan changes. Picking up of extra materials and delivering when needed. Scheduling and attendance of municipality inspections Sample ordering and delivery Posting permits and plans Homeowner walkthrough's Project closeout and decommission Must be able to lift 50+lbs Updating of construction management software Collaboration Skills Customer/Client Focus Decision Making Leadership Communication Proficiency Ethical Conduct Problem Solving Thoroughness Time Management Position Requirements: Construction knowledge is preferred will teach the right candidate.  Valid DL Customer service skills Strong computer skills required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational skills Able to work independently as well as in a team environment Time management skills Some of the benefits when you join our team: POT Paid Holidays Weekly pay Company truck Expense Card Laptop Text Jeremy @ 828 458 forty four fifty four or reply to email Thanks.
