Looking for retired woodworker with tools

I am searching for a retired or skilled woodworker who has the appropriate equipment to do some occasional easy projects for me. Someone who has a passion for wood working, pays close attention to detail, and has a lot of pride in their work. This gig would be perfect for someone retired or has a small shop set up in their garage. Someone who is honest, and reliable. The work I need done would be very simple for a experienced woodworker that has the right equipment. I may also consider someone who works off the shop and is allowed to use the equipment after hours. I would only consider this if your boss is aware. We would ultimately become partners in one of the numerous side projects I have going on. Reliability is a must. Some times I will provide you with the actual piece that I need duplicated, however many times I will just have photos, drawling's and exact measurements. We will be using different types of hardwoods that I am working on sourcing. We would always use high grade wood. The piece I have now can be made from a piece of wood 8" x 48" with a thickness of 3/4". Like I mentioned, these are simple projects, however precision is a must. I can pay $100 cash for most pieces I need completed. I am also willing to also give a percentage of the net profit. When I get an order, We will have 5 days to complete it. I will give the customer a choice of a few different woods to use, and a few different stains. If I can find the right person to assist me with this, I predict we would be averaging 3 orders per week. within a few months. To start, I have attached photos of a piece I need duplicated. I also have the piece on hand. I have a customer who needs and have 2 weeks to produce it.
