We are looking for employees and subcontractors to add to our growing 14 year old business. We do bathrooms, kitchens, general repairs, as well as large scale power washing. Traits: Honest Ability to follow directions,take instruction, and receive constructive criticism. On Time, ability to plan for area traffic Knowledgeable of all residential construction skill sets. Attention to detail Ability to maintain and clean and safe work environment. Polite Good phone and customer relationship skills Able to work without direct supervision, as well as on a team Ability to read and comprehend a scope of work Ability to problem solve when the unexpected situation arises. Requirements: Own your own tools Provide reliable, neat, and clean transportation for job sites up to 50 miles away (gas card will be supplied for work miles) No chemical dependencies, a drug test may occur at any time. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age Current driver's license. Proof of ability to work.
