PHOENIX, AZ — An Amber Alert has been issued for an unidentified 18-month-old kidnapped that was taken near 3rd Avenue and Indian School Road, Phoenix police said. The female toddler was last seen in a green pickup truck, license plate number CHC3292, according to police. Anyone with information about the kidnapping is asked to call 911 immediately.
