We are looking for someone with Insulation Experience but not required as we will train you. Construction experience OK as well. We are located in Lompoc but do travel for work. ***You must have a valid drivers license to drive our company trucks. We will train you and pair you with a seasoned installer. Can be hard work and challenging at times but very rewarding at the same time. Job tasks include working inside attics, crawl spaces, new and existing construction homes and insulation removal. As you learn and grow within the company you will have the opportunity to move into Spray Foam Insulation. 40+ hours, plus weekends available for the right person to grow in an established company and work your way up to other positions.
