I am currently looking to hire one or two experienced subcontractors for small home repair work on bank owned/foreclosed properties. Example of some work may include repairs to drywall, mold/water damage, installing a sump pump, pumping water from basements, repairs to roof, deck, steps, and stairs, installing handrails. This is a 1099 position. You must have your own equipment to do all work tasks, and you must be insured. You must have a smart phone and be able to follow work order instructions through apps and take pictures to support your before, during, and after work. I am looking for serious workers only. The work will be in Terre Haute and some surrounding areas.
