Landscape maintenance crew lead/gardener

Hello, we are a heart centered company who love to take care of incredible clients! We happen to work outdoors in the landscape industry, and also love plants as well as high end craftsmanship. This position is for a driver and crew leader for a maintenance route, Tuesday through Friday. 32-40 hours per week, additional hours may be available at our sister company which focuses on construction and installation. Looking for a solid conscientious driver with at least a few years experience in landscape maintenance and find garden, we do estate management and our clients have very high expectations which we gladly fulfill, and go beyond whenever possible. You must be insurable and no recent major driving infractions. Bilingual strongly preferred in English and Spanish, but fluent English verbal and written is required. Basic proficiency with computer, phone and apps, as well as email is necessary. If you have landscape construction skills, that is a bonus! But not the main focus of this job. You need to have an eye for details, thorough familiarity with the southern California plant palette, but most importantly is your attitude and energy. Standing apart from all the other landscape companies out there is absolutely critical, and one of the top ways that we do that is in our client interactions.
