Help! Starlings in Wall

I found some Baby starlings in a weird position. They're in the wall, and the only access point is a hole outside. The hole is about 6-7 feet up (i can reach it with a chair and im just shy of 6ft) but the nest is farther down, i can't reach it. I want to safely move them, but i can't think of any way to properly lift them out of there. Suggestions??
