Apartment management company seeking full time experienced painter to work inside and outside helping paint apartments and buildings. NEED EXPERIENCE PATCHING AND PAINTING. Full time forty hours weekly, must be responsible for equipment. Work with a team that is responsible for maintaining a professionally clean image and impression in our smaller apartment buildings and houses. Most buildings are three story and have small front and rear yards. 40 hour work week. Full time. No layoffs. Gas stipend available. Yearly 6% bonus of entire salary. Paid time off. Vacation time. No travel, all buildings within ten blocks of the office.Must do daily paperwork on job performance.. Clean criminal record.No health insurance.Workers Comp provided. Must have clean driving record and be able to drive a pickup truck. • Paint and patch inside walls and ceilings and trim. Some outside, climb ladder to forty feet • Valid Driver's license and cell phone • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Engaging personality able to work with all types of people • Effectively communicate with tenants, management and team members • Detail oriented and organized. Compensation: $17.00 hour Bonuses Full time with possible rotating weekend schedule Personal time off Paid vacation
