Our team is looking to hire A DEDICATED SITE RUNNER AND LABORER who can support the success of our projects during the production phase. Woodhull Construction is lucky to work on some of the most forward-thinking and beautiful residential and commercial projects in the Greater Portland area. Working in collaboration with Caleb Johnson Studio, we are inspired by the Maine landscape and focus on the highest quality of design and construction. This role is key to helping our construction teams complete our complex projects. You will be expected to: --- Deliver product and materials between our facilities and construction sites --- Create a logical delivery schedule based on materials at hand --- Ensure cleanliness of job sites --- Be reliable and responsive when given a task --- Execute jobs in a timely and professional manner --- Take direction from field staff and support their work --- Help on whatever construction site tasks are needed according to the lead carpenter Qualified candidates will demonstrate the following: --- Solid problem solving and communication skills --- A positive attitude and a team player --- Ability to pay close attention to detail --- Experience working in a service capacity --- Capable of lifting 40-50+ lbs on a regular basis --- Must have a clean driving record and be willing/able to drive a company vehicle Our Company Benefits include: Six weeks paid vacation per year, paid company holidays, employer-sponsored health benefits, group dental and vision plans, cell phone stipend, employer matched retirement plan, profit-sharing opportunities and a great company culture with a really awesome and talented group of people to work with!
