We're looking for a maintenance tech who is skilled in plumbing. We own and manage 7 apartment complexes in Macomb county and Detroit and also manage about a 100 single family homes. We're quickly growing and are always looking for hardworking individuals to take them with us. You must have the following skills: Plumbing Skills: 1. Change sink faucets 2. Repair or install shut of valves 3. Install bathtub diverters and install stems 4. Handsnake small drain 5. Repair toilets 6. Install and repair p traps 7. Install garbage disposal Basic Maintenance Skills: 1. Install and fix doors and door hardware, install closet doors 2. Install blinds 3. Install laminate flooring 4. drywall repairs, painting and caulking You must own the following basic tools to start: 1. Impact driver or drill 2. Basic hand tools (channel locks, wrenches, screw drivers, tape measure, etc) 3. nail gun 4. Sawzall 5. Caulk gun 6. Paint rollers If you are unskilled, but eager to grow and push yourself, we'll be happy to teach the right guy. You bring the hustle and effort, we'll give you the opportunity to shine. We're flexible with how we pay, but regardless of how we arrange compensation, you will get paid to provide value.
