Looking for an individual that is hardworking and has a basic knowledge of tools and home renovations. Ideally I’m looking for a younger person that’s looking to learn and doesn’t mind doing the grunt work to compensate for lack of experience. Maybe your going to school or you even helped your father around the house for years, as long as you have a good attitude, show up and don’t wimp out. I’m not opposed to hiring a middle aged person but I don’t want the addicts and bs that comes with hiring someone in their 30’s- 50’s that usually comes with that age range, you know exactly what I’m talking about. If you’re older and want to work an honest days work, and you can do it SOBER, PLEASE APPLY!!! Must have transportation and be able to put in 20 hours a week minimum. I am a little flexible with schedule, I don’t mind working evenings or weekends, so don’t let that deter you from contacting me. I do prefer to work days and sometimes you will absolutely have to work days as well because of sunlight but I’m not fixed on a 9-5 schedule. Will pay cash at the end of the week.
