I am in the search for a small dog, not a puppy. Either young/adult. Willing to pay up to a $200.00 rehoming fee. My emotional support dog passed away and I keep checking the pound. I am only finding bigger dogs, which I can't physically handle. The reason I need a small dog. Thankyou
