Fiduciary Real Estate Development is looking for Maintenance Techs to assist in general maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful apartment communities in Madison. Responsibilities: - Respond to a wide variety of residential service requests - Coordinate make readies - Perform on-call emergency service within a rotation with other maintenance employees in the region - Responsible for snow and ice removal on property Qualifications: -Minimum of 6 years experience in apartment maintenance -Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, appliance, & electrical repairs. -HVAC and CPO strongly preferred -Focused on resident service Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday; On call rotation; Required: Valid driver's license Benefits: -Health and Dental insurance -On-Call service bonus -HSA health insurance option with $1,000 employer contribution -Life insurance, Short and Long Term Disability -401K plan with employer match -PTO and Vacation days (earn vacation time faster!
