Need Experienced Nanny / House Manager

We have 3 young children (7, 4, and 1). The summer months will be more focused toward the below nanny duties, and fall will be heavier on the house duties. Spanish speaking is a big plus. Please check out the duties below. Nanny Duties • Complete care for the children when not in school or at programs • Pick up and drop off from activities • Plan play dates and other activities that support development • Laundry for the children including linens • Basic clean up (vacuum/sweep/wipe down) areas the child utilizes • Set a schedule for disinfecting toys • Children’s dishes • Organization children’s closet, toys, books • Keep track of clothing sizes and make suggestions when clothes no longer fit (purge out small clothes every couple months) • Grocery shopping for children’s needs • Basic pet care, feeding, and letting outside • Assist with children’s basic Spanish development if bi-lingual • Assist with children’s hygiene – bath/shower, brushing teeth, sun screen • Assist with children’s making beds and picking up to start day • Prepare meals for children House Manager Responsibilities • Organizing all areas of the home • Maintain list of grocery and supplies for the home • Shopping • Cooking meals/meal preparation • Make beds – change sheets weekly • Manager family calendar(s) • Tending to indoor plants/flowers • Light dusting and vacuuming • Wiping counters/floors • Emptying trash • Tending to dry cleaning • Personal errands
