Charlotte a 4 year old (Brindle Coat with white) with always a smile on her face. Charlotte is a pup on the smaller side, referred to a pocket pittie. Charlotte is very friendly and gets along with other dogs and she would prefer a home with adults only. Charlotte was rescued off the streets of Tijuana and is now healthy so she can be adopted. Charlotte is fully vaccinated, microchiped and spayed.
