Personnel Source is seeking to fill 9 full-time Swing Shift Rover positions at our client's Glulam Plant on Vaughn Road. Wages start at $17.77 plus $2.00 an hour for shift differential, shift hours 3:00pm to 11:30pm. Prior mill, construction, manufacturing background are nice prior skills to have, but not necessary to be successful here. We are looking for those with great work ethic, work well with others, have very good past employee records and are willing to learn! Once hired on, they offer EXCELLENT benefits. Medical (monthly employee premium share ranges from $85 individual to $220 for family, employee and spouse or employee and dependents fall in-between the $85 and $220 amounts….$15.00 office visit co-pays), RX, Dental and Vision are part of the coverage too. They offer 401k with a 100% match on the first 6% of employee contribution.
