Lost Male cat named frank. He is a white cat with three black spots on his back, a black spot on the top of his head, green eyes and and all black tail. Lost him around mackenzie willamette hospital may 11th around 6 also may have lost him around Washington jefferson park around 7. Please we really want him back home we miss him. Any info would be much appreciated
