Here at 12 West Brewing Downtown Mesa we are growing at an incredible rate and we are putting together our own in house cleaning team to assist with sanitation and cleanliness within the business. This department is needing a Full Time and Part Time position filled. The hours can be modified to fit schedules as long as the sanitation expectations are met within the building. We are a 2 story building with a basement. Cleaning will be properly done based on the sanitation schedule and general needs within the building. We are looking for individuals who are wanting a long term position within a locally owned and operated company here in Downtown Mesa. We give raises based on work ethic and ability to work fast and efficient. Highschool diplomas / GEDs are not required to work this position. Cleaner Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the restaurant, dining rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, bar spaces and offices. Cleans floors and rooms. Including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Vacuums, empties trash, and replaces liners. Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas. Transports dirty linens to correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linens. Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests. Performs additional duties as needed. [Work Hours & Benefits] We have 2 positions available Full Time (30 - 40hrs / week) Part Time (20 - 30hrs / week) $13 - $15 an hour based on experience and ability to work at quick speed. Current shift is 9am to 3pm or longer. The shift and day can change depending on your availability / needs of business. Cleaner Qualifications / Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills especially with management and department lead. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to work cohesively as part of a team Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Previous cleaning experience a plus Walk-ins are preferred for immediate hire.
