Thrasher Termite & Pest Control is looking for customer-service-focused individuals willing to be trained as professional pest managers. If you have the right attitude, we have the right job waiting for you. An applicators or Branch 2 FR license is preferred. If you are not licensed we are willing to train you for a career in pest control. If you are not licensed we can train the right person that is punctual, can learn quickly, knows how to work with hands and can be trained in either our termite control or pest control departments. Knowledge of wood repairs is a huge plus to perform assistance on our termite crew. Continue or start your career in pest control with a well respected company. The initial period of employment will consist of field training, sales training, and service protocols. Upon initial probation period, you will be assigned a route, and will be responsible for servicing existing pest control accounts at residential locations or commercial locations. Work Hours are 7:00AM-4:30PM. Candidate may be required to work overtime. We are looking for a team minded individual. Background, DMV (3 years driving record), and pre-employment screening.
