Plantopia is a leading Interior Plant Service Company in the San Diego Area. We are looking for Friendly Faces who like to drive around and work with Plants and Flowers every day! We offer Indoor Plant and Flower Design Services and we maintain them in Corporate and Residential spaces. Position Summary----------------------------------------- You will be responsible for providing Interior Plant Maintenance, which include watering, pruning, cleaning, fertilizing, pest management in high-end homes and clean corporate offices. The Prefect Candidate will be happy and enjoy taking care of plants. Start their route from their home and gather materrail from office or nurseries. Service a few clients, perhaps replace some plants and head back home. The perfect candidate will be required to drive or walk to client premises and follow The Assigned Service Route and maintain good communication with our customers. We are looking for HAPPY people with experience for lead roles and for starting positions. Pay is between $15 to $17.00 for experienced folks! (Training Available for Fast Learners $12.50) Requirements-------------------------------------- Be a Self-motivated individual with high energy level who can demonstrate attention to detail, display excellent communication and service skills with customers and has good time management capability. Following Specific Client Instructions and Responsiveness to Calls/Emails/Texts within 30 min. is a MUST. Should have a valid Driver’s License with own car, clean driving record, able to drive and navigate per maps. Work independently, follow a set route, routine schedule, possess a well-groomed professional appearance and have a positive attitude. Basic Indoor Plant Care Experience is required. Training will also be provided. Should be capable of lifting 50 lbs., able to bend, squat and climb ladders. High School Graduate preferred, Fluent in Reading, Writing, Maintaining Records and Communicating in English. Compensation will be based on skill, ability and experience. Mileage will be reimbursed or Company Car provided to reliable driver. This is a part time job/fulltime in the San Diego & North County.
