Staff person wanted for general maintenance at busy private tennis and swim facility for approximately 25-35 hours per week. Initial schedule would be from 9 am to 1 pm Tuesday through Sunday. More hours will be available as summer progresses. Must have knowledge of general facility, grounds, and cleaning maintenance. Experience regarding basic plumbing, painting, carpentry, as well as use, operation, and repair of small machinery (pressure washer, chainsaw, paint sprayer, etc.), necessary. Use of basic hand and power tools required. Dependability and reliable transportation a must! Need to have own tools available for use. Background check will be conducted prior to hiring. Part time to full time hours: pay $15/hour.
