Our Team Loves Making Money and has Fun doing so. There are NO Caps on Commissions, so the Potential for Big Money is just a Phone Call away. Must have a Strong Voice, Enjoy Talking to People and have great Phone Etiquette. We Want Positive, Motivated and Disciplined Individuals who are Self-Starters. Energetic, Outgoing, Friendly and a Winning attitude is a must. Must have a “thick-skin” to handle Objections over the Phone. (Estimated #’s Per-Day: 400-500 Phone Numbers Dialed, 25-35 Somewhat Interested in a Future Follow-up, End-Result 1-Sale) Requirements: • 6-Months Outbound Call Center Experience Preferred! • Must be punctual and able to work Mornings or Afternoons • Office Hours are 8AM - 7PM: Monday through Saturday • Must have a “thick-skin” to handle Objections over the Phone Responsibilities: • Make Outbound Phone Calls to Prospective Customers / Clients. • Be Open to Coaching and Revise Marketing Pitch as needed. • Contributes to Office by Accomplishing results. • Explain and Promote the Benefit. • Offer Complimentary Reports. • Schedule Appointments. • Must be Able to Drive to Customer’s Residence for Documents if Needed. (Bonus $) Education: High School or Equivalent (Preferred) Pay: • $15 an hour + Commissions ($500-$1,000 per-Sale) • Top-Producing Caller is generating $6,000 - $8,000 in Commissions ONLY!
