The Booth Bus is a fun Volkswagen bus photo booth company and we’re Bringing Pictures To The People throughout the entire SF Bay Area. We’re searching for a part-time employee to help us expand! Join our team and you’ll get paid really well to attend fun events, drive a vintage Volkswagen bus, and most importantly - make people happy. Working for a boutique company, you will see the fruits of your labor and will have a significant influence in our company’s success. As one of our esteemed Photo Booth Attendants, you’re solely responsible to ensure the success of each event. You’ll independently manage every facet, this includes driving our VW buses to the event location, sometimes tow the VW bus for further distances, setup, teardown, professionally interact with clients, operate the photo booth, and upload photos to the web gallery for client delivery. Below is a list of desired characteristics & skills: • You’re reliable, responsible, trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented. •You’re outgoing! You genuinely enjoy interacting with people. You’re a good communicator and charismatic. Your friends characterize you as fun and personable. • You’re tech-savvy, resourceful, and work well under pressure to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the spot. Working knowledge of Windows 8. You can learn new software quickly. • You have a basic understanding and genuine interest in photography. • You can confidently and safely drive a vintage VW bus like it’s your job (because it will actually be part of your job!). Sometimes towing the bus to further event locations will be a part of the job. Must have a clean driving record. Prior vehicle towing experience not required. We will train you :) • You have a positive attitude and you’re a hard worker. We strive to surround ourselves with positive people with a “yes we can” attitude. • Available during evenings and weekends and willingness to travel. We operate throughout the entire SF Bay Area and sometimes to Southern California. Our ideal candidate is open to local travel and occasional multi-day events. The salary for this position once fully trained is $25/hr. Regular estimated work hours per week are 10-20 hours. During the initial training period, the salary will be $20/hour. The initial training period will consist of hands-on office training and event training for a total of approximately 60-80 hours within a 2-3 week period.
