APSS is Hiring Asphalt & Seal Crew Members! Southern California's paving contractor is looking for asphalt members to join our production team. Our office is located in Castaic, California and we service the entire Southern California Area. To be eligible for this position 1-year experience is required in construction or general labor. Responsibilities for this position include asphalt preparation work, shoveling, raking, sweeping and other general labor. Applying for this position means that you will be working in a physical labor position in a manner that is consistent with the seal coating and paving industry. Laborer Duties: • Asphalt preparation work. (ie. Cleaning, Blowing, and Tack Coating) • Shoveling. • Raking Asphalt. • Sweeping. • Seal Coating Labor. (ie. Cleaning, Squeegeeing, and Edge Work) Asphalt & Seal Crew Member Position Requirements: • Must be able to meet all safety requirements • Must be able to work overtime / weekends as required • Must posses a valid CA. driver's license and DMV record at the time of interview - Must pass background check!!
