Currently seeking experienced Maintenance Supervisors, Maintenance Techs and Day Porters for multiple positions in the San Fernando Valley. Weekly pay offered with Direct Deposit available. Apartment Maintenance Techs assist with repairs needed to maintain the property's overall quality and curb appeal. Techs work on maintenance requests & prepare vacant units for new resident move-ins while delivering a high level of customer service. Duties include but not limited to: • Perform maintenance repairs throughout the property including the common area amenities, occupied units and vacant units. • Assist in maintaining the exterior grounds and providing excellent curb appeal. • Make repairs to the following the areas related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, pool, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural and appliances. • Complete regular inspections as directed by Service Manager. •Communicate and effectively work together with your fellow team members. • May include emergency after hour calls. • Having your own tools a PLUS! The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining the grounds and other common areas atone or more properties. We're in search of dedicated team members who can help ensure the balance between opening the amenities all while abiding by all CDC guidelines – to keep healthy! The focus is on overall health, this includes but not limited to: - Wiping down fitness equipment after each use to reassure residents every precaution is taken! - Wiping down pool lounge furniture after each pool block. - Help maintain social distance; arrange and rearrange the pool furniture as needed to maintain social distancing guidelines - Monitor the amenity entrance to ensure that only community residents and their accompanied guests use the pool area and or fitness area! - Ensuring the pool and clubhouse areas are kept neat and tidy at all times - Cleaning common areas and sanitizing. - Other Job duties may included Qualified applicants please submit your resume & contact information or text at (818) 805-0445.
