Seeking to hire a responsible handyman to work in various cities in the Los Angeles/ Orange County area for multiple residential properties. You must be well-organized with strong general repair skills. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to meet our company standards. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job. We are a growing company with many opportunities to learn and expand job knowledge. Responsibilities: Perform work in a timely manner. Willingness to be on-call 24/7. Punctual and reliable attendance. Good communication ability. Ability to determine when issues need to be escalated. Well-organized and apt in problem-solving. Attention to detail. Qualifications: 3+ years experience on the field. Plumbing/ Electrical work experience Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment. Basic understanding of drywall and patching. General maintenance and repair knowledge Job Type: Part-time/ Full-time/ Contract based Pay: Willing to compensate per project/ pay is negotiable Schedule: Varies depending on project. Travel by car is required. Must have own car and Drivers License.
