Willing to train the right person for the job. Requirements: Someone that wants to work and grow with the company. Someone that can work on their own or as part of a team. Safely lift and move 50 lbs. and sometimes up to 100 lbs. Safely operate a skill saw and other power tools. Able to safely climb around in an attic. Clean driver’s license. Ability to pass a background check. Ability to pass a drug test. Mechanically and electrically inclined. Must have a sense of humor and be a hard worker. Must have tools. (negotiable) The items below are a plus Ability to read a multimeter. Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems. Read wiring diagrams. Read isometric part diagrams for assembling mechanical systems. Experience in power wheelchair and scooter repairs. Stairlift installation/troubleshooting Experience. Vertical Platform installation/troubleshooting Experience. General Building Skills Bathroom Electrical Framing Plumbing Copper and Venting Tiling Drywall repair tape texturing etc. Installation of Laminate flooring.
