I'm taking care of my parents and my inlaws, and the rest of my time I work. I've run out of money and it's a full-time job caring for them right now and has been for a year. I've been trying to sell all my things but that's not working. We're out of groceries and I don't have the means to buy more. I don't know what to do. Can anyone help, please? I'm happy to forward the karma when I'm in a better place.
