Decal / Adhesive Removal from F150 Pickup

Hello, I purchased a Ford F150 from a government auction and I’m having a heck of a time getting the decals off. I bought the 3M stripe off wheel and my power drill jammed. Regular adhesive removal won’t work. I haven’t tried a heat gun but I think they won’t work on these stickers - they’ve been broken up for too long. I need someone that knows what they are doing and can get these stickers off. I won’t fault you if you damage the paint. I also need the 3697 removed from the windows. I tried windex - it didn’t work. This is likely manual labor for someone that knows what their doing and has patience - I don’t have either! Please e-mail me and let me know hourly rate.
