We are looking for a keyboardist

We are an established band that plays out a couple times a month. We have a powerful front woman with great stage presence. We have guitar/voc, bass & drums. We have a great rehearsal space and all the musical equipment we need. We want to find a keyboardist who has vocals/harmony. This band is more like our musical family. We all care for each other and we all look out for each other. We choose our songs very carefully and if any one person doesn’t want to do a song we’ll skip it. There is way too many songs out there for us to get uptight about one but on the flip side if someone really believes in a song we will be good sports and give it a try if it’s feasible. We’re not looking for the greatest keyboards in the world we are looking for the right personality fit. Someone who will fit in with us and become one of our friends. When our band hasn’t seen each other for a week or so there is always hugs all around at rehearsal, it’s just a real good vibe. We are family. We are looking for someone who will want to work on the difficult ones until we get it and be supportive and congratulatory when someone does learn a difficult part. We don’t make anything over complicated. We’ve got some songs right now that I’m sure keyboards can go on pretty easy, some of them there’s a keyboardist in the song. We would understand that it would take some time to get up to speed and learn most of our songs. But we’re pretty fast learners and I’m sure you’re going to be bringing in some songs that we’re going to want to play so we would also be working hard in that direction too. Piano and keyboards would be very nice. If this sounds like something he would like to look further into please send me a response. This band isn’t going away for quite a while. I have a feeling we’re going to do years together with the vibe this band has.
