The Temporary Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following tasks; please note this list is offered as a guideline and is not all-inclusive. Other tasks may be assigned by supervisor.
Completing service requests in a timely fashion
Preparing apartments for move-in of residents
Completing preventative maintenance on various systems and equipment throughout the buildings
Working with other maintenance staff on different community improvement projects
Communicating effectively with management and residents about service requests
Providing excellent customer service to our residents
Maintaining the curb appeal and overall maintenance of each community
Build and install furniture in apartments
Help with disposal of trash and recycling in proper areas
Walk apartments to perform move out inspections, cleaning inspections and ensure they are made ready for new move-ins
The Temporary Maintenance Technician should be able to:
Lift a minimum of 25 lbs unassisted
Stand, walk, drive, sit, stoop, reach, bend, stretch and climb stairs during the entirety of their scheduled shift
Read, write and communicate in English as well as have basic mathematical skills
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
EEOC. Background check required.
