Resume and references Job Summary: Reliable maintenance technician to perform maintenance, cleaning and repair to building exteriors, grounds and HOA facilities. This position works under limited supervision, is responsible for a variety of activities and reports to the HOA Manager. Duties include facility and grounds maintenance, repairs, and painting. Hours: 3-4 days/week Flexible schedule Requirements: Experience as a maintenance tech, handyman or similar Experience with exterior building, fence and drywall repairs and painting Irrigation or pool maintenance experience a plus Detail oriented, organized and self-motivated Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be legally employable in the state of Colorado Must understand and speak English
