Maple Star of Reno, a subsidiary of Pathways, is looking for a Part Time On-call support staff to provide supervision and ensure safety to youth living in our TCRP home. If you’re looking for a great entry level role to begin your human service career, or part time position that provides the satisfaction of helping others, we’re looking for you! Job Summary • Work flexible and non-traditional hours, 11pm-7am Friday-Sunday nights, with the option to work every other Friday-Sunday night as well. • $10/ hour • Sleeping during this shift is allowed, however, the staff is required to perform 3 nightly room checks to ensure that youth are present and safe. • Record and report observations and complete required documentation. • Respond to emergency situations regarding youth and/or the safety of the home. Qualifications • High School Diploma • Must be at least 21 years of age. • Must be able to complete a criminal justice and a child abuse registry check as required by state rules. • Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable transportation. Driving record that allows for the transportation of youth. • Must be able to independently make decisions demonstrating sound judgment. • Must be able to walk, run, and climb stairs while supervising youth. • Must be available to work weekends If you're #readytowork Maple Star is #readytohire!
