Camp Mendocino (www.campmendocino.org) is a residential summer camp in Northern California that has been in operation for almost 90 years, exclusively serving youth from disadvantaged circumstances. As a part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Francisco, we pride ourselves on surrounding our kids with positive role models, providing the love and encouragement they need to reach their full potential. We are currently hiring for our summer season! We are hiring for positions in: Housekeeping Dishwashing Maintenance The Housekeeping Staff assists the Camp Caretaker to maintain Camp facilities, including grounds-keeping, laundry, dining hall cleanup, dish washing, maintaining facility cleanliness, basic plumbing, trash removal, recycling and general facilities upkeep. The Dishwashing Staff assists the kitchen staff to maintain and clean all dishes coming through the dishwashing facility. The Maintenance Staff assists the Camp Caretaker to maintain Camp facilities, including grounds-keeping, painting, carpentry, laundry, dining hall cleanup, dish washing, chopping wood, plumbing, trash removal and recycling and general facilities upkeep. Additional details: All Camp Employees are expected to live, sleep and work at Camp. Camp Mendocino provides meals and lodging for the duration of the employment period. This is a temporary/seasonal position. Applicants should be available June 16 - August 2, 2021 to work & live on-site at our Camp location in Northern California (Mendocino County).
