Description
This position include utilizing company software programs as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) to maintain inventory in both of our branches (Tri-Cities and Moses Lake). This is a part time training opportunity with the chance to advance to a full time position year round.
We are looking for an individual who can:
Manage incoming and outgoing inventory (purchases, material staging, etc.)
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best possible transactions
Travel long distances to any site where are services are provided when needed (Quincy, Ephrata, Moses Lake)
Lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
Manage permits and forms in which you will be preparing these materials for
Schedule inspections for job sites depending on the nature of the work being done (Rough-ins, Trims, Final Inspections, Etc.)
Some other requirements include:
A valid driver's license
A clean driving record
Good observational and number keeping skills
Some skills that are not required for entry but would be favorable are:
Bilingual skills, the ability to converse in both English and Spanish
Experience with Excel
An in-depth understanding of the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries and other similar entities
