We are seeking a floor technician for various floorcare jobs to include the following responsibilities. Responsibilities: • Perform carpet extractions and shampooing. • Perform hard floor strip and waxing. • Perform machine scrub and acid wash. • Identify damages and areas in need of repair. • Organize supplies and necessary equipment. • Follow safety guidelines – place signs nearby and close off areas to alert others that floor may be wet or slippery. Qualifications • Skilled in working in teams. • Pays great attention to detail. • Follow instructions and a schedule required for authorized work. • Flexible and cooperative work ethic. • Ability to operate heavy equipment. • Two (2) years’ experience
